The Cottages at Vienna Village are detached, single-familly dwellings with amenities to allow senior adults to continue to live independently.  Located in Lewisville on the campus of Vienna Village Assisted Living, the Cottages are convenient to shopping areas, medical offices, and other community services. 

In addition to the sense of security provided by the pleasant country locale, each cottage is equipped with a fully automatic fire alarm and emergency call system to guarantee peace of mind about getting emergency help when needed.

Services provided with each of the Cottages at Vienna Village assure easy living for independent senior adults.  Potential services include:

• Year round maintenance of each cottage (included)
• Complete upkeep of yard and grounds (included)
• Scheduled local transportation (optional)
• Meal Services (optional)
• Extended housekeeping and laundry (optional)

Although located on the Vienna Village campus, the Cottages offer strictly independent living accommodations.  However, Vienna Village Assisted Living can consider for admission any Cottage tenant whose personal care needs no longer allow independent living. 

One monthly fee covers accommodations and standard services, including:

• Rent for cottage
• Electricity
• Water
• Garbage and recycling backyard pick-up
• Cable TV

Fees for optional services will depend on the extent those services are used.  All fees are pre-payable on a monthly basis with no separate entrance or endowment fee.
