Weekly housekeeping, year-round maintenance and lawn care will relieve the burden of these tiring projects. One-level floor plans with one or three bedrooms, an enclosed garage, a deck with ramp access, walk-in closets and much more add to the comfort of these charming homes. As part of our independent living package, we offer 24-hour emergency call service, complete home maintenance, including weekly housekeeping and year-round lawn care. We can also provide meal delivery and transportation for an additional fee. On top of that, our independent living options include access to all social activities and entertainment programs we offer at Vienna Village, so you can enjoy community life while still continuing to live in a private home.
There is no entrance fee or buy-in. The initial lease is for one year, and then it automatically converts to a month-to-month agreement.
